Aphy
Alphy was found wandering in a parking lot at approximately 2 months of age. Starving, flea infested and very sick, a Humane Society member took him in, helped him recover. He has been adopted and here Alphy now. |

Jade
Jade was found beside the road with her three sisters, Ruby, Amber, and Cocoa. They were scared and wet from a week's worth of rain. Jade was taken in by a Columbus Humane Society member and fostered back to health and was successfully adopted to a loving family. |

Simone
Simone belonged to a couple who no longer wanted her after finding out she was blind. BUT someone else did want her!!! Simone is a very happy girl today. She lives inside with her new family and doesn't have to worry about the dangers outside that she cannot defend herself from. |

Sadie
Sadie, a boxer mix, appeared in a lady's yard one day. She was very thin and her coat was in terrible condition. She was taken to the vet by the Columbus Humane Society, and received proper treatment. Sadie was adopted by a wonderful family! |

Buffy & Jody
Buffy and Jody's mother was killed by a car. A nice elderly lady cared for them, feeding them with a dropper until a Columbus Humane Society member offered to take them in and foster them until they get a permanent home. They are doing great! |

Shelia
Shelia showed up at a senior couples home one day. After a few weeks of taking care of her, they realized she might be a bit more than they could handle. A CHS foster parent stopped by to check on them and took her home that weekend. Shelia was adopted by a fine family who will love her and care for her deeply! |

|
Cocoa & Amber
These two girls are the sisters to Jade who were found on a road side. They were foster by another foster family. Both girls fattened up and learned to play and interact in a family atmosphere. They were both adopted, but to separate, but GOOD homes! |

Jett
Poor Jett. He was found in a grocery store parking lot....and in the beginning would "scream" if a "human" touched him. After some medical care and lots of conditioning with other animals and BUNCHES of TLC from his foster family, he really came around. Jett was successfully adopted! (We miss you Jett, but congrats!) |
